    Comments: I would give 10 stars if I could. I am a physician myself and after meeting other orthopedic surgeons at HSS and Columbia, we chose Dr. Macaulay because he is experienced, straight forward and overall a caring doctor. He is well experienced and completed my dad's total knee replacement within 1.5 hours and he was able to walk that same night without any pain.
